Account and sign-in help

Use the sign-in options shown on Account. Existing Community accounts can use their handle and passphrase. Where an external sign-in provider is enabled, use the provider linked to your Operator; an account created that way does not need a separate Community passphrase. To keep an existing career and clan membership, sign in to that existing account before choosing to link a provider. Matching email addresses or display names do not link accounts.

Account also lets you manage linked game clients or enter a recovery code you have been issued. A one-use game-link code is entered in your game client and expires after ten minutes. Signing out of the website and signing out of the game are separate actions. If a remembered account cannot be removed from your device, remove that linked client from Account to revoke its access, and contact support for help with the local copy.

If you cannot sign in, contact us with the handle you used, the sign-in method and what went wrong. Staff must verify ownership privately before changing access. Never email or post your passphrase, session tokens, one-time codes or recovery codes. Enter codes only in the appropriate game or account form.

Install, launch or controller problems

Include your operating system, device type, game version, where you obtained the game, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. For an online problem, include the approximate time and server or map if known.

A screenshot or short diagnostic excerpt can help. Send only what is relevant, and remove personal file paths, names and credentials you do not want to share. Do not send a full system dump unless we ask for it and explain a private route.

The Handbook controls and in-game Controls settings describe current bindings. Use troubleshooting for joining and version checks. An empty official directory means no official server is currently advertised; local play is separate.

Purchases and access

For payment or refund questions, start with the store or channel that sold you the game. Its purchase terms and applicable consumer rights apply. For a game fault or SFSB account/access issue, contact us and identify the channel and game version.

Do not post receipts, order numbers or account details on the public Board. Supply purchase evidence privately only if requested. We do not ask for payment passwords or card details.

Privacy, safety and security

Email privacy@shipsoftware.ai for access, correction or deletion requests and exposed personal information. Email security@shipsoftware.ai for account compromise, vulnerabilities and exploitable bugs. Suggested subjects are SFSB privacy request or SFSB security report. Please do not publish exploit instructions or personal information on the Board.

Read the Privacy notice for account export, deactivation and rights. If you can sign in, Download my data provides a self-service export. You can request help even if you cannot access that account.

For a moderation appeal, identify the affected content or action and explain the concern without reposting another person's private information. A Community Administrator reviews account/deactivation appeals.

Bugs, ideas and Community reports

Use the Community Board for ordinary bugs and suggestions that are safe to share publicly. The Board's Report control sends supported content reports to the private moderation queue. Use the public support contact for sensitive issues without suitable reportable content or when you cannot sign in.

Licences and notices

Read the Game licence agreement alongside the third-party notices included with your copy. If you need help locating a licence or corresponding-source offer, include your game version, platform and the component name if known. Do not attach the full game.
